Seriously! Would it have killed him to not see his shadow? Haven't we suffered enough?! I am holding out hope, though. According to the National Climactic Data Center in Asheville, North Carolina, Phil's accuracy rate since 1980 in only about 59 percent.I am changing my menu planning day to Sunday because I want them to run more along with Marty's pay. Saturday is the day we fund the envelopes, and I think it will be easier to budget if we plan this way. I might be wrong, so if I am I will change it back. Or not.
As always, meals are served with a salad, fruit and vegetables.

I heard that the Michigan groundhog DID see his shadow, so Spring is just around the corner here! Of course, another snow storm is probably around the next corner after that. It is Michigan after all.
I always plan my menu on Sunday. That way I feel ready for the week. I've added the Brown Rice Pudding to this week for us. Thanks!
Cindy
